武当城隍武术初级班（第三期）

时间：每逢星期六晚上8点30分至9点45分

学习内容：
1.    温故而知新
复习体验班学习过的基本腿法，步法及五步拳；内化武德训，让学习者武德兼修。
2.    学习新拳法：“武当基本拳”
通过腿法，步法的学习，使动作协调；
在学习中，加强纪律管理，集中精神，刻苦锻炼，提高个人精气神。
3.    背诵《弟子规》总叙，入则孝两章节
通过师父的讲解，父母共同监督知道，让学者学以致用，做一名品德高尚的武者。

Syllabus:
1.     Revise basic leg work, footwork, and five-step boxing.
2.     Internalize study of Wu De Xun
3.     Learn new Wudang basic fist work
4.     Strengthen physical coordination through practicing leg work and footwork.
5.     Memorize the Outline & the chapter on Being Filial at Home in Di Zi Gui
